This classic recipe with a personalised touch from Sylvia will conquer all your guests. Perfect for a family meal.

To make 12 ounce dough

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pack quick -rising yeast
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2-2/3 cup warmed water
  • 2 tea spoon extra-virgin olive oil


combine whole-wheat and ll-purpose flour, yeast salt, in a food processor.
combine warmed water and olive oil in a measuring cup with the motor running, gradually pour in enough of the warmed liquid mixtured into the processor untill form a sticky ball, the dough should be soft, if its dry, add 1- 2 table spoon of hot water , if its quite solt, add 1-2 tablespoons flour, process until dough forms a ball, knead for 1 min.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface, forms a ball, put in a bowl and covered with cleans tea towel, and let the dough rest for 10-20 mins before rolling.
Place pizza into stone cooking tlat pan.

Topping : mozzarela balls, sliced fresh tomatoe, fresh basils, sweet sliced onion. or top of your choice favourite healthy toppings.
Cook in an oven over 350- 400F until golden or as you prefered.


Pour extra virgin olive oil and grated parmesan on top of your pizza just before eating.
Alternative: if you are in a hurry! recommended pizza crust, use round flat Lebanese bread (khubz ) or pita bread buy in any super markets.
